Peak season runs from late February through May in Louisiana. Some availability extends from December through June. We only provide real Louisiana crawfish.
How much crawfish per person?
Plan for 3-5 pounds per person for a main course. Experienced eaters might consume up to 7 pounds!

Yes! We accept orders for live crawfish with availabilit for delivery or pickup Friday and Saturday each week.
